ISS is now looking for a Supervisor to help deliver the technical delivery against our client's HQ facility in Glasgow.
Job Description
The site is a large, corporate facility, classed as a critical environment with a range of LV, HV and HVAC systems, that can house a large number of staff.
The FM employer here deploy a 24/7 shift engineering team completing planned and reactive maintenance across M&E plus Fabric repairs while maintaining a sounds working relationship with the client.
The Supervisor role here will supervise the day to day operations of the engineering team while supporting the Engineering Manager in reporting to the customer.
This is a fantastic role for a confident Engineer with some technical experience looking to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Shift Engineering team
- Ensure works are done to H&S standards
- Support the manager in reporting to the customer
- Manage the work of visiting sub contractors
- Collate quotes for remedial works and small works and presenting to the client for approval
- Issue permit to work for high-risk activities Implement any necessary escalation procedures to the management team as and when required
- Be the First line point of contact for your area and as the escalation point for the appointed client stakeholder(s) for the Account
- Be accountable for the service delivery to meet the contractual obligations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Engineering background and qualifications with some leadership skills
