Administrator

Salary: Competitive plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 - 40 hours a week

Location: Tinsley Park Rd, Sheffield S9 5DL

What you'll be doing;

  • Undertake all tasks in accordance with Veolia Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and Veolia Management System
  • Raising purchase order numbers
  • Keeping staff personal folders up to date including holiday request`s
  • Managing stock levels of PPE and other commonly used items and recording issued stock.
  • Uploading operatives wages
  • General filing to update machine and contractor folders to ensure H&S Compliance
  • Taking notes from and preparing paperwork for meetings, investigations and disciplinary.
  • Record and update events on Ava
  • Flexible weighbridge cover
  • Assist operations manager with preparation of monthly reports and the recording of internal KPI data

Above is a summary of the main tasks and responsibilities of the post, but further tasks and responsibilities may be required within the demands of the business in addition.

What we're looking for;

  • GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Good IT Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Experience with applications such as Elemos, Workday, Google is desirable
