Have you worked as a Team Leader/Senior and looking to advance your career. Do you have at least 5 years of ‘Care experience?’

About the role:

• Answer all incoming calls.
• Allocating care assistant to clients on People planner.
• Administration of care files and reviews.
• Working closely with Field Care Supervisor.
• Managing on call.
• Managing sickness and holidays.
• Ensuring compliance for all documents.

This is a fast paced and very important role within the company. We are looking for someone who is experienced in Domiciliary care, and love making a difference to carers and clients lives.

• We are willing to train the right person and be part of the team.
• We are looking for a team player to fill in and support but also able to work independently when needed.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have experience working on computers
• Be a fast learner and able to adapt to the needs of the individuals we support on a daily basis.
• Part of the role requires an understanding of CQC guidelines.
• We are looking for someone with the passion for outstanding care and is able to motivate a team working in the community.
