Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 07:30 –15:30, Friday 7:30 – 15:00.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated front of house Catering Assistant to help with the day-to-day running of a very busy coffee bar and hospitality service within a corporate city centre location.

As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.

The Role

• Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Using a Barista coffee machine
• Delivering Hospitality as required
• Serving customers and preparing sandwich and food items
• Washing & clearing up
• Opening and closing checks
• Restocking counter units
• Completing of paperwork and general cleaning duties
• Keeping to deadlines, with prompt service of meals in line with our standards of accuracy
• Representing our catering & operations teams always thinking of Client satisfaction

About You

• Enthusiastic approach to work
• Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential
• Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene
• You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
• Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one
• A determined team player who works well with others
