Brief Overview:

  • Monthly pay between £23,000-£23,300 per year
  • Full Time contract working 37.5 hours per week
  • Start Dates throughout October and November
  • Sociable Working shifts between 08:00-18:00 Monday-Sunday

As a Foundever Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound contact from customers with queries or concerns about products or services. Your role is to listen, act promptly, and drive the conversation to resolve their issues, while making trusted decisions.

Communication will be through voice, email, and chat, with the type of service defined during recruitment. After Foundever training, you’ll learn procedures and systems, using your initiative to resolve issues while being creative, committed, and building connections with each customer.

Throughout your recruitment process we will be looking to identify the below key skills needed for this role:

  • Verbal Communication: Speaking clearly and confidently, adapting tone to suit the customer.
  • Written Communication: Writing clear, concise responses that address customer concerns.
  • Willingness to Learn: Committed to training and development, adapting to changes, and refining skills over time.
  • Resilience: Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent service after difficult interactions.
  • Active Listening: Fully focusing on the customer’s needs, asking questions, and responding appropriately.
  • Empathy: Showing understanding and compassion to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, order processing, and issue resolution to minimise errors.
