Kitchen Porter

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - shifts between 10:00 and 21:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £12.72

As Kitchen Porter, your role is to manage the cleanliness of the food and drink outlets, back of house areas, and kitchens, ensuring that all areas and kit are cleaned and ready for use by the craft teams.

Our Kitchen Porters play a key role in the site's operations, ensuring they are always running smoothly ensuring an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.

The Role

• Integrate into a team, supporting with all aspects of the working environment
• Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen to comply with company and statutory regulations
• Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment
• Keep in line with our standards of accuracy
• Represent our teams always thinking of Client satisfaction
• Clean to a high standard all kits and preparation areas and kitchens
• Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition
• Provide basic food preparation
