Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a global business in East Bristol on the recruitment of a Payroll & Pensions Specialist to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis. This is a newly created role within the organisation, and a great opportunity for someone who is eager to 'own' their specialism and have autonomy in their role.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll administration and strong working knowledge of pensions. You will be based in the office for 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work 2 from home.

Responsibilities of the Payroll & Pensions Specialist will include but not be limited to:

• Work with payroll & pension providers to support with monthly payroll submission for around 450-500 employees, and managing all new starter, contract changes and leaver information.
• Act as the key point of contact and manage relationships with relevant external providers.
• Being a subject matter expert on all things pensions, responding to any employee queries.
• All payroll and pension administration including handling large volumes of data and pulling reports for other departments in the business.
• Ensure continuous adherence to relevant compliance and legislation.

Your Profile:

• Experience working in end to end payroll is essential for this role.
• An exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and payroll systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
