As a Security Officer with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

The Role
  • To provide a high-quality security service, to patients, staff and visitors in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Work in accordance with Security Industry Authority (SIA) guidelines and company and Trust specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with the specification and be responsive to service needs as they arise and constantly seek to improve the productivity and quality of the service.
  • All work must be undertaken in line with health, safety, security and Company and Trust policies and procedures including infection control.
  • When required, you may also need to assist with the emergency and evacuation procedures and other security situations in accordance with the Trust policy.
  • Undertake car parking duties as directed by company and Trust procedures.
  • The post holder may work in an environment where they could be exposed to sensitive circumstances.
About You
  • Previous security experience
  • A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license
  • Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech
  • Great attention to detail and a consistent approach
  • A team player with good customer service skills
  • New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development
