What you’ll be doing…

• To report variances and investigate errors found by checking’s cages/totes.

• To monitor the accuracy & integrity of stock accuracy.

• To maintain the performance accuracy KPI of the operation’s operatives and to identify and minimize risk areas to the business.

• To control stock damages within the warehouse. To monitor damage frequency and where necessary introduce corrective action.

• Any 5 from 7 shifts with a requirement to work weekends and additional hours / shifts as necessary.

About you…

• Experienced of warehouse management systems within a distribution operation.

• Preferably educated to GCSE level and above

• Flexible and have a high level of self-motivation in what is an extremely time critical operation.

• PC skills required for production of spreadsheets and databases.

• Hard working and enthusiastic, good absence record, reliable and punctual

• Able to work using own initiative

• A team player

• Literate and numerate with good communication skills

• Physically able to carry out manual activities

An internal applicant must have passed their 13 week probation
