The Company:

SHIFT was launched in 2019 with the goal of becoming the most highly regarded and reputable Amazon agency globally.

Since launch we have grown to a team of 30+ retail and marketing experts who manage brands end-to-end on Amazon.

We work in partnership with some of the world’s most exciting and recognisable brands across a broad range of sectors including health and beauty, fashion, consumer electronics, FMCG and grocery. Our brands include Wild, The Inkey List, Rheal Superfoods, W7 Cosmetics & SNEAK Energy

The Role:

We want you involved from day one, learning through practical hands-on experience gained working directly with our senior team of retail and marketing experts.

The Strategy Executive role at SHIFT is key in driving our clients’ success. You will help support the day-to-day trading of our clients’ Amazon accounts and have the opportunity to work across a broad range of disciplines covering:

● Brand Facing Communication

● Promotional Planning

● Market Research and Analysis

● Content Creation and Optimisation

● Copywriting

● Reporting and Analytics

● Operational Processes

● Demand Planning and Forecasting

● Exposure to paid advertising

The Candidate:

Benefits:

● Salary from £24,000.00 per year

Process:

● Applicants are required to provide a CV and a cover letter

● Zoom interview for an initial conversation

● Final interview at our Leeds office

Requirements:

● Strong communication skills both written and verbal

● Strong attention to detail

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and lookup tables

● Ability to manage time and organise effectively

● Ability to maintain relationships both internally and externally

● Ability to commute to Leeds on at least two days per week or plan to relocate

● Amazon experience is not essential but would certainly be of value
