We are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough.

Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

Basic rate of pay is £12.27 per hour

Weekend premium - £1.70 per hour

Shifts available:

Afternoon shift ( 14:00-22:00) only

Rota options below:

Any 5 days out of 7 as per rota (every other Weekend off 4 week rotation)

Full time hours contracted to 37.5 hours per week working any 5 out of 7 days. Limited part time hours available.

On site transport option within Wellingborough and surrounding areas available at low cost, option of flexible route possible.

The Role:

• Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
• Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
• Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
• Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard

The Person:

• Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
• at least 6 months warehouse experience
• Motivated and committed
• Driven with high personal standards
• Flexible – Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7
• Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
• The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
• Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
